Why do I Love The Faster Way Program?

The Faster Way To Fat Lss program seems to be a bit complicated at first, but it is actually extremely simple, and it works really well for women over 30 from a hormone perspecitve. There are extreme benefits to intermittent fasting for women, especially later in life, and you can find a lot of that research on the Huberman Lab podcasts. I listen to him a lot, and his research and experts on subjects are amazing. The only difficult aspect to the program is that you have to follow it and stick to it, and the counting/measuring can be a little annoying at first, BUT it gets fun as you go!! I have used intermittent fasting as a tool for over 10 years. I KNOW it works really well for most to help manage appetite and drop weight fast. What I love about it is that you can drop weight without feeling like you are eating less. The only hard part is that you have to wait longer to start eating.

Happy Carb Cycling:

I call this happy carb cycling because completely low carb can work quick, but it is not fun. Especially around the holidays. But, with a carb cycling program, it is so much easier to eat carbs and enjoy life, yet still take advantage of the low carb benefits. With the Faster Way carb cycling method, you never really feel like you’re eating low carb. I personally can’t function well on a low carb diet. I love fruit, which adds in a lot of carbs, and so it is really hard for me to eat low carb consistently. Also, as more of a runner, I feel better on more carbs. Depending on how you want to do your workouts, whether you do a Peleton/Faster Way blend like me, or all Faster Way or all Peleton, you may do better on lower carb than me!

Cutting carbs can bring results… at first. Carb cycling, on the other hand, is a safer strategy that can help frustrated clients break through plateaus. A carb cycling program is an intentional variation of carbohydrate intake each week. Most carb cycling plans consist of high carb days and low carb days. In the FASTer Way, we base our cycle on the workouts we will be doing to maximize fat burn and energy levels.

Carb cycling allows for planned high carb days that increase thyroid output and help control hunger. We cycle our carbs by practicing low carb days to offset the high carb days. With this type of cycle, many of our clients continue to see fat loss, increased energy levels, and improvements to their overall body composition.

Carb cycling improves insulin levels, helping your body to store less fat. When paired with Intermittent Fasting and effective workouts, carb cycling can help you break through those dreaded plateaus so you can truly look and feel your very best! Serioulsy it works too well too fast!

Quick Fat-Burning Workouts:

For someone that likes to run 3-4 miles, which takes over 30 minutes, I need a quick and efficient strength program. If it’s not quick and efficient, I won’t do it because I run out of time. The Faster Way workouts are so simple, but really effective. Now, I do love the my Peleton Strength workouts, and my Bike for extra resistance, so I use the Faster Way more for nutrition than fitness. But, your nutrition is always number one! You must have that down, or your workouts do nothing. This is really important because just 200-300 calories off on your food, and your workout is already cancelled out. Most people do not burn as many calories as their watches and workouts say, so focusing on your calorie burn, rather than calorie intake isn’t going to super helpful in achieving results. The Superset training program that Faster Way uses is really good for ANYONE! If you want to do it at home or a gym, you can! You don’t need an expensive Peleton Bike or Tread, and you can get it all done! That’s why this program is so great! My Peloton Workouts:

So I love to run and bike. Those are my two main forms of exercise right now! As a mom of 4, it isn’t always feasible for me to just run out the door in the morning, so I love being able to get up and run on the tread before everyone gets up, or pop on in the afternoon after homework during tech time. Now that my kids are getting older, they are more self-sufficient and I can run on the treadmill while they are watching their shows or playing games. When they were super little, I would put the baby to sleep next to me in the stroller, bassinet, or bouncer. Usually 20 minutes is all I would get before someone interupted me, but the Peleton workouts are so fun and hard, I felt amazing!
