As a mom of 4, I know the feeling of wanting to workout before you get to 6 weeks postpartum. I personally think movement and strengthening exercises as soon after birth as possible is the best. I know I focused on Pilates, Barre and strengthening exercises as soon as I felt up to it after the birth of all of my boys. Mentally and physically I felt so much better if I spent some time working on getting my core back engaged, and feeling a little back to normal. Of course you can not take my advice as medical advice, and I am just another mom sharing my opinions and experience.

These are workouts that focus on healing your postnatal core, strengthening your glutes, and rehabilitating your body, so you are ready to jump into the serious workouts at 6 weeks.
