5-Day Peloton Workout Plan To Grow Your Glutes in 2024

I’ve decided 2024 is the year I am going to grow my glutes. As a runner, I tend to skip the weight training because the soreness makes it difficult to get my miles in, BUT as you get older, maintaining muscle mass is really important. Also, if you are losing weight, it is really common to also lose muscle mass with fat at the same time.

If you want to keep the hour-glass shape, and hold on to your glutes while still losing weight, I put together all my favorite Peloton Glute Workouts that you can add to any routine to keep or build your glutes!

Remember, building muscle requires add more weights or more reps. Repeating the same exercises, but adding more reps or more weight is the key to getting growth. Do these workouts on repeat, but add more weight each time, and you will find yourself growing your glutes faster than you thought!

This is a 5-day plan for fast glute growth, that I am using for this year! Feel free to download and print, and each week you need to add weight!

MONDAY:

20 min Glutes and Legs Strength

30 min Hip Hop Glutes and Legs Strength

THURSDAY:

20 min Boxing Bootcamp Lower Body

FRIDAY:

15 minute Yoga Conditioning Lower Body
Hannah Fernandez 5/9/23

10 min Lower Body Mobility
Ross Rayburn 5/2/23

This is a great 5-day workout plan because it incorporates working all the muscles groups in your glutes in different ways! Make sure on Monday and Wednesday you work on adding as much weight as you can each week. For the Barre class, any lower body barre is a great, high-rep workout to improve your glute strength in a different way. The boxing bootcamp is a great way to incorporate cardio into your workout plan.

Friday allows you to rest your glutes while increasing mobility to help with recovery. Resting Saturday and Sunday is necessary time, so you can go harder on Monday with heavier weights!

If you have the Pelton Bike or the Peloton Tread, you can find all of these workouts on your screen. I highly recommend the app for these workouts, which is very affordable and they have so many great programs! If you have a basic treadmill or bike, you can also use the app for your cardio workouts too!
