If you’ve been here before, you know I am obsessed with Peloton. I love their workout equipment and app, and I’ve used it since 2020 to stay fit through my fourth pregnancy and after. I am in my late 30s, so Peloton has been so important to keeping me on track, and being convenient for me to stay in shape. I started with the Peloton Bike, and a year later I got the Peloton Tread. I highly recommend the Peloton equipment, but you can get really far with the app if you don’t have the bike or treadmill. I used a cheap bike and treadmill from Facebook marketplace for a year or so before upgrading. That way I knew I would use the equipment, and it is so worth it!

If you have the app, or the Peloton Bike/Peloton Tread, then you are probably looking for some plans to get in shape for summer! I LOVE to put together workout plans with my favorite instructors, mixing cardio and strength, so you get the best of what Peloton has to offer! If you have the equipment, you can go back to the same workouts and try to beat your output, which I find really motivating.

I put together a plan I like to use for shredding down, especially for summer. This involves 6 days of cardio and strength, so you are going to want to commit some times and days to getting these in. Without cardio and strength together, your weight loss goals will just go slower, so why not do both? If you just focus on cardio, you will lose weight in general, but you won’t change your physique. If you do strength only, you can build muscle, but it will take longer to burn the fat on top. Just do both, so you can achieve your goals and stay motivated!
