I workout at home, and I find that a nice space makes the world of difference! As a mom of 4, my little gym sanctuary isn’t always a dream. Just this morning I was shuffling car tracks out of the way, so I could do some lunges after my run. My littlest boy still loves to bring toys to play in my room while I run, but overall, I’ve made a nice little Peloton corner that I really enjoy!
