I have found that creating a vision board for my fitness and nutrition goals is so helpful! I am one of those people that is really inspired by other people achieving the things that I want to achieve. For some reason, and image of where I want to be really motivates me to get there. I thought it would be helpful to put together everything that I use to inspire me to keep working towards my goals! I tend to segment my inspo into categories, like nutrition, workouts, fashion, and workout space.

CLEAN EATING INSPO:

I love saving clean-eating meals and snack ideas. It reminds me of how delicious and beautiful healthy food is! Just looking at these images helps me want to create my own salad bowls, protein bowls and amazing fruit plates to fill up on nutrients, rather than empty calories. Just looking at these beautiful images make me want to skip the chips and fill up on colorful fruit!

Following a nutrition program is really important to staying on track and hitting your goals. I highly recommend this full program, with workouts, macro counts and intermittent fasting. It is the program I have had the most success with! If a bigger program is too much, this high-protein recipe pack that will give you a great jump start to your fitness goals!

PROTEIN SHAKE INSPO:

I love to put together protein shake inspiration! Sometimes your protein shakes can get boring, but when you keep in mind all the different smoothies you can make it really helps you stick to your protein shake routine! I personally prefer intermittent fasting, and to break my fast with a protein shake.

WORKOUT INSPO:

Saving workouts for me is so motivating! I typically use my Peloton app, Peloton Tread and Peloton Bike for my workouts, but there’s something about saving other workouts I find on Pinterest or Instagram, that really helps me stay motivated! I think if I see other people working out, I feel like I need to get on it too!

WORKOUT SPACE INSPO:

I love to have a great workout space! There is something about feeling good about your space to workout. I have a corner in my bedroom right now, where my Tread and my Bike live. I set up mirrors, and I have dumbells and and a mat living in the closet

All you really need in a workout space is a mat, some weights, and your cardio machine if you have one. But, there’s something special about a nice organization system, poster with a motivational saying, and a mirror set up, so you can make sure you are always in proper form!

Overall, I LOVE a good mood board, so I have a bunch here for you to save, so you can just use some of these that have everything you need on one vision board! Save these, pin them, or print them and put them everywhere!
