I know what it feels like to finish an intentse Tabata ride on the bike, or a great HIIT run on the treadmill followed by some strength with Adrian Williams. I have all of my favorite Peloton workouts for fat loss in this program, and the other part of your fitness program needs to be nutrition!

I am a lover of all things protein shakes! I’ve been playing around with adding instant coffee to my protein shakes, and it makes the protein shake blend up really well! I fell in love with Daily Dose coffee, I actually love it blended in my protein shake or blended alone! It has so many functional mushrooms in it, and it is less acidic, with a very smooth taste! I highly recommend adding it to your protein shakes for a litte caffeine and nootropic boost! I am also obseessed with the Every Day Dose Matcha Collagen Powder!! Scroll down for my favorite Green Matcha Vanilla Collagen Shake!

If you need help with your nutrition, to really lock down on your fitness and burn fat, I offer custom Macro Counts and nutrition plans that can jump start you for this summer! I highly recommend a custom macro count if you’ve tried various diet plans, and just haven’t hit your goals yet. I think you will be so happy to see results so much faster when you are eating the right macros and calories.

Okay, let’s get into my favorite protein shakes for your post-peloton workout!

I choose either a plant-based protein powder or a whey protein powder, so I am going to show you the main protein powders I use, then get to the recipes!

The Best Protein Shakes for Your Post-Peloton Ride (or run!):

Chike Coffee Protein Sample Pack:

I grabbed this sample pack last summer, and it made the best frappucinos! Seriously, I added a scoop of my Dose coffee, blended with ice and water, and they were all really good! I also loved the different flavors, so I wasn’t stuck with one. I think Iced Mocha ended up being my favorite, but I really liked them all!

Slate Milk Chocolate Lactose Free:

I love a quick pack of protein powder to take with me! I order Starbucks all the time, and sometimes I added a pack to my iced coffee, and it was so good! I got a Vente Cold Brew, with a splash of soy milk and this pack, and I had a delicious mocha! It was perfect after my Peloton workout when I was on the go, or didn’t have my iced coffee at home!

Dr. Kellyann Vanilla Almond Collagen Shake:

I just bought this! I have no idea how it tastes, but I really want to try it because collagen has been actually scientifically protein to improve your skin, and this has the collagen and the protein all in one! Vanilla is always really good to have on hand, so you can take a break from chocolate!

Be Well by Kelly: Swedish Grass-Fed Beef Protein Powder, Paleo and Keto Friendly, Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free, Low Carb Protein Powder with BCAAs

I really like this protein powder because it is dairy-free, and it comes from grass-fed beef protein, which has collagen in it as well! This is another great option, and it is fun to try all the different protein powders, so you can see which ones you like the best for you! I like to have like 3 different kinds and flavors, so I can change up my protein shakes!

Legion Whey Birthday Cake:

Sometimes you need something that tastes like cake! I love blending this up with ice and water, and it makes a thick, creamy milk shake for after your workout! It also makes the best dessert at the end of the day, and this brand is one of the few that doesn’t use sucralose to sweeten for a birthday cake flavor!

Okay, let’s get into my favorite protein shake recipes with these powders, or your favorite! I am obsessed with a good protein shake after a hard workout!
